CRM that thinks like a database

Used daily for 6–12 months

Attio treats your CRM as a flexible data model, not a rigid pipeline app. We model companies, people, rounds and partnerships with real relationships between them. Enrichment fills records automatically from an email address. It is what a CRM designed in this decade looks like.

Pros

Data model flexibility, automatic enrichment, gorgeous fast UI.

Cons

Young product: fewer integrations, occasional missing basics (quotes, telephony).

Our GTM team switched and never looked back

Used daily for 6–12 months

Email and calendar sync build the CRM for you — records appear with history the moment someone emails us. Zero data-entry culture war. Workflows are newer but cover our routing needs. Feels like Notion and a CRM had a very fast child.

Pros

Auto-capture from email/calendar, collaborative views, speed.

Cons

Reporting is early; forecasting is basic for now.

Best-in-class for founder-led sales

Used weekly for 6–12 months

Pre-PMF you do not know your sales process yet — Attio does not force you to pretend. We reshaped our model three times without migrations. Free tier is generous enough for two founders indefinitely.

Pros

Malleability, free tier, keyboard-driven UX.

Cons

You can architect yourself into a corner without conventions; needs an opinionated internal owner as you grow.
