Custom report builder plus lifecycle stages means I can actually answer "where do deals die?" without exporting to Sheets. Data hygiene tooling (dedupe, formatting rules) is better than anything else we evaluated at this price.
Pros
Report builder, lifecycle stages, property history on every field.
Cons
Workflows debugging is painful — the "enrolled but did nothing" state gives you no clue why.
