“The client limit is the thing to watch”
Used weekly for 1–2 years
Lite covers five billable clients, which sounds fine until a good quarter. I upgraded twice in a year. Not hidden, but it is the constraint that will move you between tiers rather than any feature.
Pros
Friendliest interface in accounting software. Excellent mobile receipt capture.
Cons
Client caps drive upgrades. Extra team members cost per user on top.
