Used daily for 1–2 years
Two founders, unlimited pages, guests for advisors — all free. We only upgraded when we hired and wanted admin controls. As a pure project tool it is mid; as the place where everything lives with projects attached, it is unbeatable at this price.

Task management lacks dependencies and workload views; mobile editing is fiddly.
