Even setting Fin aside, the copilot drafting replies from our docs cut new-agent ramp time from a month to about a week. Quality of the drafts is high enough that agents edit rather than rewrite.
Pros
Copilot drafts, clean workspace, strong Slack and Jira integrations.
Cons
Pricing complexity — seats plus resolutions plus add-ons took real work to model.
