“Consultant take: right tool, narrow lane”

I have now implemented Linear at four clients. When the org is software-first it lands instantly. When half the work is non-engineering (content, ops), people drift back to spreadsheets — it is not a general work-management tool and does not pretend to be.
Pros
Zero-training adoption for developers, superb defaults.
Cons
Non-engineering teams need a second tool; no time tracking for agency billing.
