“Freddy AI is quietly useful”

The deal-scoring looked like a gimmick and turned out to flag stalls we were missing. Email sequences plus the free tier let us test the whole motion before paying. It sits nicely between Pipedrive simplicity and HubSpot breadth.

Pros

AI insights included cheaply, sequences, free starter tier.

Cons

Some UI corners feel unfinished; occasional slow saves.

“Good value, fine product, small ecosystem”

Used weekly for 6–12 months

Everything works as advertised at a fair price. The catch surfaces later: fewer integrations, fewer consultants who know it, fewer answers on the forums. If your stack is mainstream you will be fine; if you have exotic tools, check the integration list first.

Pros

Price, bundled features that cost extra elsewhere.

Cons

Ecosystem depth. Advanced workflow conditions could be richer.
