Free tier covered our first 10 people. Setup is a nonevent: invite, make teams, go. We switched from Asana boards that had become a graveyard; Linear cycles force a weekly heartbeat. The Slack integration posts exactly enough, never spam.
Pros
Free tier, cycles, sane notifications.
Cons
Mobile app is fine for triage but you cannot really work in it.
