“The rebrand was handled poorly”
Used weekly for 1–2 years
Half my bookmarks broke and some integration docs still referenced the old name months later. The service never changed and the confusion was avoidable. Minor, but it cost me an afternoon.

Service quality and pricing are unaffected. Support answered promptly.
Cons
Documentation and links lagged the rename by months.
