Per-site builders were costing us more than the retainer on smaller clients. Agency pricing changed that maths, and managing everything from one dashboard saved a genuine day a month in admin.
Pros
Volume pricing and one dashboard. Performance defaults are good without tuning.
Cons
Design flexibility is below Wix. For a bespoke brand site we still use Webflow.
