The client handover story is the standout. Permissions are granular enough to let a restaurant owner change opening hours and prices while making it impossible to break the layout — the specific failure mode that generates agency support tickets. Combined with genuinely strong performance defaults and built-in personalisation rules, it is a well-judged product for its buyer.
For everyone else it is a harder sell. Individual pricing starts higher than Squarespace or Wix for a less inspiring template library, and the design flexibility sits below both. “Cut our client support tickets by two thirds”

The permissions model is the product. Clients can update text, prices and images and physically cannot move a section or break the grid. That one capability removed most of our inbound "the site looks weird now" emails.
