Saaspare (“we”, “us”). Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
Information on the site
Saaspare publishes comparisons, rankings, pricing and articles about software to help you research purchases. Rankings and verdicts are editorial opinions. The site is general information, not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation of a product.
We take care to keep information accurate, and every price links to the vendor page it came from. Vendors change products, plans and prices without notice, so always confirm details with the vendor before you buy. If you find an error, please tell us.
Accounts
You need an account to write a review or use the vendor portal. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Reviews and other content you submit
When you submit a review or other content, you confirm that:
- it reflects your own genuine experience of the product;
- you are not the vendor, an employee or agent of the vendor or a competitor, and you have not been paid or rewarded for writing it;
- it doesn't include other people's personal data, confidential information, links, or anything unlawful, defamatory or abusive.
Every submission is moderated. We may decline, remove or refuse to publish content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do. We never edit the substance of a review, and vendors cannot remove or change reviews.
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with Saaspare, for as long as it is published.
Vendors
If you submit a product, claim a listing or reply to reviews, you confirm you are authorised to act for that vendor and that what you submit is accurate. We review submissions editorially and decide what is published. Claiming a listing or buying a sponsored placement does not change a product's editorial ranking.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links to vendors are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you — see our affiliate disclosure. Vendor websites are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, products or services, and any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access areas you aren't authorised to;
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site's content or data by automated means without our written permission;
- submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings or impersonate anyone;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, rankings and compilations are owned by or licensed to us. You may share links and quote brief extracts with attribution. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on Saaspare does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the site or an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Saaspare is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
