Listing your product or updating its details is quickest through the vendor portal. For anything else about a listing, email us.
Privacy & data requests
Access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Please email from the address linked to your account.
Everything else
Partnerships, press, legal notices or feedback on the site.
What to expect
We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections are checked against the vendor's own page before we change anything, and privacy requests are answered within one month as the law requires.
We don't accept payment to change a ranking, verdict or review, so please don't offer it. See how we make money.
Reporting a review
If a published review looks fake, breaks our rules, or includes your personal information, email hello@saaspare.comwith a link to it. We'll look into it and remove it if it breaks our terms.
