“Writes straight into Airtable, including updates”

Every other builder creates a new record. Fillout can update an existing one from a form, which turned our client update process from a Zapier chain into a single form. That alone justified switching.

Pros

Native Airtable integration is genuinely better than the alternatives. Limits are generous.

Cons

Hit a logic bug on a multi-page form that took support a few days to confirm and fix.

Problems it solves

Replaced a fragile automation chain with one form.

“Typeform quality without the response anxiety”

Used weekly for 6–12 months

Forms look nearly as good and I get 1,000 responses free rather than 100 for $25. For a growing business that difference is not marginal, it is the whole decision.

Pros

Presentation plus limits is a combination nobody else offers.

Cons

Less proven than the incumbents. I would think twice before putting a mission-critical form on it.
