Used daily for 1–2 years
I write competitive briefs that a partner will challenge line by line. Being able to click through from a claim to the source page is not a nice extra, it is the difference between usable and not. Nothing else here comes close on that one axis.
Pros
Traceable sources. Deep Research assembles a credible first draft with references I can check.
Cons
Ask it to write anything long or creative and the quality drops off a cliff.
Problems it solves
Research that used to take a morning of tab-juggling now takes twenty minutes with sources attached.
