“Fine for my first site, moved after a year”

Used monthly for 1–2 years

It got me online when I had no idea what I was doing, and the guided setup deserves credit for that. But my site was noticeably slow and I never got a straight answer about why. Moved to Hostinger and the same site loads in half the time.

Pros

Genuinely easy for a first-timer. Free domain was a nice start.

Cons

Slow. Renewal tripled. Checkout tried to sell me four things I did not need.

“Works, but nothing about it is good”

Used monthly for 2+ years

The site stays up most of the time and support eventually replies. Having now used two competitors I can say it is slower and less helpful than both at a similar renewal price. It survives on the WordPress.org recommendation.

Pros

Reliable enough for a low-traffic site. Phone support exists.

Cons

Slowest host I have used. Support answers rarely matched my question.
