“We use it for internal tools and nothing else”
Used monthly for 6–12 months
Admin dashboards, one-off data viewers, small internal forms — things that would sit in the backlog forever. Bolt does them in an afternoon and nobody minds that the code is average because twelve people use it behind our VPN. I would not point it at anything customer-facing.
Pros
Clears a class of low-priority work that never got done. Hosting included means no deployment conversation.
Cons
Not something I would ship to customers. Token budgeting needs watching across a team.
