“Kept it because moving 40 accounts is worse”
Used daily for 2+ years
It works, procurement knows the vendor, and our SSO and permissions are configured. None of that is enthusiasm. If we were choosing today I do not think we would land here, but the migration cost across forty accounts exceeds the difference.
Pros
Enterprise controls and integrations are genuinely mature. Streams are useful at our scale.
Cons
Renewal went up substantially two years running with no added value we could identify.
