It has absorbed six separate processes

Used weekly for 2+ years

Started with one intake form. Three years later it handles registrations, approvals, e-signatures, payments and a PDF-generating request process. Every time we have needed something unusual, it turned out Jotform already did it.

Pros

Genuinely covers whatever we throw at it. Approval workflows replaced a paper trail.

Cons

Finding the right setting among the options still takes patience.

Problems it solves

Replaced six paper and email processes with one tool.

HIPAA compliance made it the only option

Used daily for 1–2 years

We collect patient intake information. That single requirement eliminated most of the market. Jotform offered a signed BAA on the Gold plan and the forms handle conditional medical history properly.

Pros

Compliance handled properly. Approval workflows replaced a paper process entirely.

Cons

The editor has an enormous number of options and finding the right one takes patience.

Problems it solves

Replaced paper patient intake with something legally defensible.

One form takes payment, routes and files itself

Used weekly for 2+ years

Our booking form charges a deposit, routes to the right manager for approval, generates a PDF and drops it into our drive. No Zapier, no glue. That end-to-end coverage is why we pay for it.

Pros

Genuinely complete workflows. Huge template library saved days of setup.

Cons

Forms look generic unless you spend time styling them.

Capable, but I found it overwhelming

Used monthly for 6–12 months

I needed a contact form and a booking form. Jotform can do a hundred things I do not need and shows me most of them. Moved to Tally, which does what I need and nothing else.

Pros

Clearly powerful for complex requirements.

Cons

Too much tool for simple needs. The interface assumes you want everything.
