Jotform is the tool most likely to already do the specific thing you need. Payments through more than thirty gateways, e-signatures, approval workflows, PDF generation, HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA, and over 10,000 templates. When a requirement is unusual — a multi-stage approval, a conditional quote, a regulated intake form — Jotform is where it exists without a workaround.

Its practical strength is that the whole job is covered end to end. A submission can take a payment, route for approval, generate a formatted PDF and land in your CRM without an automation platform in between. For operations teams replacing paper processes, that completeness saves more than any individual feature.

The cost is that it feels its age and its size. The editor is busier than Tally or Typeform, forms look conventional unless you style them, and finding a setting among the options takes longer than it should. Response and storage limits also apply per plan, and heavy users hit them.
