Jotform's strengths are breadth and compliance: 40 payment processors, an offline mobile app, and HIPAA features with a signed BAA on Gold, at $129 a month or $99 a month billed yearly. Fillout's free plan allows 1,000 responses a month against Jotform's 100 submissions and 5 forms, and its Airtable, Notion and HubSpot integrations can update existing records. Limits work differently as well. Jotform disables forms when the monthly submission limit is reached, while Fillout's keep collecting. Fillout Pro costs $49 a month, or $40 billed yearly, for 5,000 responses without branding, and Jotform Silver costs $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly, for 2,500 submissions. Choose Jotform for health data, offline field collection or a single administrator, and Fillout when several people build forms or responses feed a database.
