“The grid preview is why I stay”

Used daily for 1–2 years

For a visual brand the profile is a composition, not a list of posts. Being able to drag things around until the grid works before anything publishes is worth the subscription on its own, and no other tool does it properly.

Pros

Visual planner. Linkin.bio actually drives measurable sales for us.

Cons

Our LinkedIn posting is an afterthought in this tool and it shows.

Problems it solves

Our Instagram looks intentional instead of accumulated.

“TikTok publishing that does not need a phone reminder”

Used daily for 6–12 months

Half the tools we trialled sent a push notification telling us to publish manually. Later posts directly, including Reels, which for a team scheduling a week ahead is the difference between useful and pointless.

Pros

Direct short-form video publishing. Media library keeps our shoots organised.

Cons

Post limits per profile mean we watch the counter near month end.
