“Linux support decided it for our automation”

Used daily for 1–2 years

We run collection from Linux servers with Playwright. Two of the cheaper tools are Windows and Mac only, which ended the conversation immediately regardless of price.

Pros

Proper Linux builds. Automation documentation is genuinely usable.

Cons

Setup took a day rather than an hour. Interface assumes you will read the docs.

“Downgraded — I was paying for a team of one”

Used daily for 6–12 months

Excellent software. I am one person with about 40 profiles and I was paying for permissions, roles and logs that only ever applied to me. AdsPower does the part I use for a quarter of the price.

Pros

Best-in-class if you are a team.

Cons

The entire value proposition is governance. Solo operators get little from it.
