Multilogin
The enterprise standard for profile isolation

Key takeaways
from our research
Team permissions, credential-free sharing and activity logs are the real product
Most consistent fingerprint profiles in our testing, with two engines
Linux support for server-side automation, which several rivals lack
Four to five times the price of AdsPower for comparable profile counts
Our verdict
Multilogin is the option built for organisations rather than individuals, and the team features are what you are buying. Role-based permissions, profile sharing that does not expose credentials, activity logs showing who opened what and when, and support that answers technical questions competently — for an agency accountable to clients for their advertising accounts, that accountability layer is the product.
In our fingerprint consistency testing it produced the most plausible and internally coherent profiles, with two engines to choose between, and it handles Linux for server-side automation where several rivals do not. Puppeteer and Playwright integration is well documented rather than an afterthought.
The price is the objection, and it is a large one. Entry is roughly four to five times AdsPower for a comparable profile count, and reviewers running small operations consistently conclude they are paying for governance they do not need. The interface is also heavier than the newer tools, and setup takes longer.
Our guidance: the right choice for agencies and teams where several people share access and someone is accountable for it. For a solo operator, AdsPower or GoLogin deliver the core capability for a fraction of the cost.

“Passed a client security review the cheaper tools could not”
Used daily for 1–2 years
Our clients audit us. Being able to show role-based access, per-profile activity logs and a vendor with a real compliance posture ended a review that had previously blocked us from taking the work at all.

“Client accountability is why we pay the premium”
Used daily for 1–2 years
We manage advertising accounts for eleven clients with explicit permission from each. When a client asks who accessed their account and when, we can answer from the logs. The cheaper tools cannot, and that answer is part of what clients pay us for.

“Downgraded — I was paying for a team of one”
Used daily for 6–12 months
Excellent software. I am one person with about 40 profiles and I was paying for permissions, roles and logs that only ever applied to me. AdsPower does the part I use for a quarter of the price.

“Linux support decided it for our automation”
Used daily for 1–2 years
We run collection from Linux servers with Playwright. Two of the cheaper tools are Windows and Mac only, which ended the conversation immediately regardless of price.
