What is AdsPower?
AdsPower is a desktop antidetect browser for running many separate browser profiles from one app. Each profile has its own fingerprint, cookies, browsing data and session, so accounts opened in different profiles don't share them. AdsPower's About page says the company was founded in Hong Kong in 2019, and the site names Sunflower Tech Pte. Ltd. as its operator.
Setting up a profile means entering proxy details from a proxy provider, checking the connection and opening the profile from the Profiles page. Each profile runs on SunBrowser, which is based on Chrome, or FlowerBrowser, based on Firefox, and its settings cover the emulated operating system, user agent, fingerprint parameters, group, tags and cookies. Quick Create makes a batch of profiles in one go, and Bulk Create imports them from an Excel or txt template that sets a proxy for each one. Admins add team members, sort them into groups and choose which profiles and resources each person can reach, while action logs record logins, IP addresses, profile opens and RPA runs. A Synchronizer repeats actions across open profiles, an RPA robot automates routine tasks, and on paid plans a Local API lets Selenium or Puppeteer scripts create, open and close profiles.
AdsPower presents the product for e-commerce, affiliate marketing, social media work and managing several ad accounts. It runs on Windows, macOS and 64-bit Linux, with an iPhone app for managing profiles. Plans are priced by the number of profiles, plus a monthly fee for each team member beyond the super-administrator.
Our verdict on AdsPower
AdsPower fits e-commerce, ad and affiliate teams that need dozens or hundreds of profiles and want to pay for them in small steps. Professional is sold at 10, 20, 50 or 100 profiles and Business climbs in steps of 100, so the bill tracks the work instead of jumping between fixed tiers. The super-administrator costs nothing extra, which keeps a solo operator's bill to the profile price. Bulk Create from a spreadsheet, the RPA robot and the Local API handle the repetitive part of setting up and running many profiles, and profile passwords and local storage stay on the device unless Data Sync is switched on, which matters to teams that would rather not keep session data on a vendor's servers.
The free plan is thin. Two profiles, no team members and no API are enough to look around, not to run a team pilot, so the 7-day trial of every feature is the window that counts. It's worth using carefully: AdsPower doesn't refund a purchase once it's confirmed, and its policy asks for notice of non-renewal 2 working days before a plan expires. Mobile support is limited to an iPhone app for managing profiles, with Android still listed as coming soon.
Most small teams will land on Professional. It costs $9 a month for 10 profiles, $21 for 50 and $36 for 100, and each member beyond the super-administrator adds $5 a month. Yearly billing takes 40% off the whole bill, members included, so 10 profiles cost $5.40 a month and an extra member $3. A three-person team on 100 profiles pays $46 a month on monthly billing. Larger operations move to Business, which starts at $61 a month for 200 profiles and reaches $197 for 1,000, while Enterprise covers 5,000 profiles and up on a quote.
Choose AdsPower when the profile count is high, the team is small and keeping data local is a plus. A growing team that doesn't want per-member fees can look at GoLogin, which doesn't price members separately and charges $39 a month for 100 profiles. If the work also involves Android apps, Multilogin pairs browser profiles with cloud-hosted Android phones and includes unlimited team seats on Business, from $40 a month for 100 profiles.

Is AdsPower free?
Yes, AdsPower has a free-forever plan, but it's limited to 2 browser profiles and the super-administrator account, with no other team members. The Local API, cloud sync of profile data, batch management and member permissions all need a paid plan. New users can also try every feature free for 7 days before choosing one. How much does AdsPower charge per team member?
Each team member beyond the super-administrator costs $5 a month, or $3 a month on yearly billing. The super-administrator is included on every plan, and the free plan doesn't allow other members. The member fee is added to the profile price, so 50 profiles on Professional with two extra members comes to $31 a month on monthly billing. Enterprise members are priced on request. Does AdsPower run on Mac, Linux and mobile?
It runs on Mac and Linux, and on mobile only in part. Desktop builds cover Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel, and 64-bit Linux for Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 or later. An iPhone app manages profiles, while Android support is listed as coming soon. Inside the app, each profile can emulate a Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or iOS fingerprint, whatever the computer it runs on.
Does AdsPower store profile data in the cloud?
Only if you turn it on. By default, passwords, LocalStorage, IndexedDB and plugin data stay on the device where the profile runs. Cloud cache is stored only when Data Sync is switched on in global settings, and that setting is off by default. Cloud sync of profile data is a paid-plan feature. AdsPower's security page describes end-to-end encrypted sync and lists SOC 2 Type II certification.
Can you get a refund from AdsPower?
No. AdsPower's refund policy says purchases aren't refunded once they're confirmed. Auto-Renewal charges your Quick Pay method before the subscription ends until you turn it off on the Billing page, and the policy asks for notice of non-renewal 2 working days before expiry, or the next cycle may be deducted from your account balance. Upgrades are charged pro rata, and a downgrade doesn't refund the price difference, so use the 7-day trial to decide.
