Key takeaways
from our research
Genuine cloud profiles open from any machine with no syncing
Cloud-run mode executes profiles on GoLogin infrastructure, sparing your hardware
Profile data lives on the vendor's servers — a real consideration for sensitive work
Shallower fingerprint configuration and weaker Linux support than the leaders
Our verdict
GoLogin's cloud-first design is the practical differentiator: profiles live on their servers, so you open the same profile from a laptop, a desktop or a borrowed machine without syncing anything. For distributed teams and anyone who works across devices, that removes a category of friction the local-first tools do not address.
Its cloud-run mode goes further, running profiles entirely on GoLogin's infrastructure so your own machine's resources are untouched — useful when running many profiles simultaneously would otherwise exhaust a laptop. The interface is the friendliest here, and new users become productive fastest.
The trade-offs follow from that architecture. Your profile data sits on the vendor's servers, which some buyers will not accept and which is a legitimate consideration for anything sensitive. Fingerprint configuration is shallower than Multilogin's, Linux support is weaker, and reviewers report occasional sync delays and profile-loading slowness at higher counts.
Our guidance: the right choice for teams working across devices and for anyone who values approachability over configuration depth. Choose AdsPower for automation and price, or Multilogin for governance and local control.

“Our team works across three offices and two countries”
Used daily for 1–2 years
Cloud profiles mean whoever picks up an account opens the same profile from wherever they are. With local-first tools we were exporting and importing constantly and occasionally getting it wrong.

“Cloud-run saved my laptop”
Used daily for 6–12 months
Running fifteen profiles locally made my machine unusable. Cloud-run executes them on their infrastructure and my laptop stays free. That is a genuinely different capability rather than a convenience.

“Cloud storage was the blocker for us”
Used weekly for 6–12 months
Convenient architecture, and it means session data for client accounts lives on a third party's servers. Our security review would not accept that, so we chose a tool with local storage instead.
