Both finalists performed similarly. Oxylabs could explain exactly how its residential IPs are obtained and consented, in writing. That answered the question our ethics committee actually cared about and ended the evaluation.
Pros
Genuine transparency about sourcing. Account manager who understands the technical problem.

Minimum commitment was well above what we needed in year one.
