“Great for me, useless for the ops team”
Used weekly for 6–12 months
I built six integrations in an afternoon. Then ops asked to change a Slack channel in one and could not, so it came back to me. We now run Zapier for anything the business owns and Pipedream for engineering-only workflows.
Pros
Excellent developer productivity. Version history and rollback work properly.
Cons
Hard boundary at the technical line. Nobody non-technical will touch it.
