“The billing model is the problem”
Used monthly for 6–12 months
The technology is genuinely impressive and I recommend it for prototyping. But an afternoon of aggressive iteration cost me more than a month of Cursor, and there is no hard cap that would have stopped me. Set a spend limit before you start.
Pros
Agent handles full-stack scaffolding well. Deployment is one click.
Cons
Effort-based pricing is opaque during a build session. Easy to overspend without noticing.
