When a client rings us panicking, we need an answer fast. SiteGround support gives us that, which means we can offer a service level we could not otherwise. It costs more and we pass that on.
Pros
Fast, knowledgeable support. GoGeek gives us staging, Git and white-label client access.
Cons
40GB on our top plan is not much for image-heavy client sites.
