“Carrier-level targeting is genuinely rare”

Used daily for 1–2 years

We verify mobile ad delivery and needed to appear on specific carriers in specific cities. Most providers offer country selection and shrug. SOAX let us pick the operator, which is the entire requirement.

Pros

Targeting granularity nothing else here matches. Mobile pool quality is high.

Cons

Costs more per GB than Decodo for the same volume of ordinary residential traffic.

Problems it solves

Verified ad delivery per carrier, which we previously could not test at all.

“Great for local SEO checking”

Used weekly for 6–12 months

Checking rankings from a specific city rather than a country changed what we could report to local clients. SOAX handles that cleanly and the sessions are stable enough to run a full check.

Pros

City targeting is accurate and reliable. Clean rotation control.

Cons

Support took two days on a routing question. Not urgent, but noticeable.
