Used monthly for 6–12 months
Excellent for general forms. We wanted to use it for a patient-facing questionnaire and there is no BAA, so it was immediately out. Know your compliance requirements before you fall in love with the free tier.
Pros
Great for everything that is not regulated.
Cons
No HIPAA path at all.
