We shortlisted Surfshark and NordVPN as independent options and then discovered they share a parent. That is not disqualifying but it does undermine the point of comparing them, and it is not prominently disclosed.
Pros
Solid product at a genuinely low price.
Cons
Buyers assume independence between the two brands. Worth knowing.
