Documents, org charts, custom fields, time-off policies with real accrual rules, onboarding checklists, e-signature, applicant tracking and performance reviews all live in one place and are pleasant to use — a word rarely earned in this category. The commercial picture is less clean. Pricing is quote-based, generally structured as a per-employee-per-month fee across Core and Pro tiers, with payroll, benefits administration and performance management as paid add-ons rather than inclusions. That opacity makes it hard to compare against Gusto’s published numbers. Payroll is US-only, there is no device or app provisioning, and 401(k) handling runs through partners rather than natively.
